This policy explains what Kerschner Enterprises LLC collects when you use COI Relay and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, work email, and company name.
- Billing details, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Vendor information you add: vendor names, contact emails, and the certificates of insurance you or your vendors upload.
- Basic usage and server logs, used to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
- To read certificates, check them against your requirements, and send the reminders you've set up.
- To bill you and to send account and billing emails.
- We don't sell your data or your vendors' data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use a small set of service providers: Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting and file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Anthropic (reading uploaded certificates). Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner by emailing support.
