Stop chasing certificates of insurance.
COI Relay reads each vendor's certificate, checks it against your requirements, and emails vendors before their coverage lapses. Built for property managers and contractors with 20 to 500 vendors.
Opening November 8, 2026. Prices are published below, with no demo or sales call.

Workers' comp expires November 5. Brightwater got reminders 30 and 14 days out. The next one goes out tomorrow, and you'll see it on your weekly summary.
You require additional insured on general liability. It isn't checked here, so COI Relay asked Brightwater for a corrected certificate.
General liability meets your $1M minimum. Nothing to do.
How it works
- 1
Add your vendors
Import your current spreadsheet or add vendors one at a time. Set the coverage each vendor type needs, like $1M general liability with you as additional insured.
- 2
Vendors send their certificates
Each vendor gets a private upload link, with no account to create. Certificates you already have, you can upload yourself.
- 3
Every certificate gets read and checked
Limits, dates and endorsements are pulled out in seconds and compared with your requirements. Anything unclear is flagged for you to confirm, with the original PDF beside it.
- 4
Renewals get chased for you
Vendors hear from COI Relay 30, 14 and 7 days before a policy expires, and again if it lapses. You get one summary a week instead of a pile of reminders.
What changes
| With a spreadsheet | With COI Relay |
|---|---|
| Someone scans the expiration column every week. | Expirations are watched daily, and vendors are emailed automatically. |
| You open each PDF to check limits and endorsements. | Every certificate is read and compared with what you require. |
| Old certificates live in someone's inbox. | Every version is kept per vendor, ready when a claim or audit asks for it. |

Questions
- Do my vendors need an account?
- No. They get a link, upload the certificate, and they're done.
- Will COI Relay tell me how much coverage to require?
- No. You set the requirements and COI Relay checks certificates against them. It doesn't give insurance or legal advice, so ask your broker what to require.
- What if a certificate is read wrong?
- Fields it isn't sure about are flagged for you to confirm before they count, and the original PDF is always one click away.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your card is charged for the plan you picked after 14 days. You can switch plans or cancel from the billing page at any time.
- Can I bring my existing list?
- Yes. Upload a CSV of vendors and their current expiration dates, then request fresh certificates from everyone at once.
